Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE THE FOLLOWING described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on Monday,, the 9th day of March of '1981, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. at the front door of the Iron County Courthouse in Parowan, Iron County, State of Utah, by SOUTHERN UTAH TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee, under a deed of trust executed by Floyd J. Rigby as President and Clarice L. Rigby as Secretary of Pine Region, Inc., and recorded on the 8th day of August of 1980, as Entry No. 220033, in Book 265, at pages 494-496, 494-496, inclusive, in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of John McDonald, Jr. by reason of breach of certain obligations thereby. NOTICE OF DEFAULT was recorded on the 3rd day of November of 1980, as Entry No. 222831 in Book 269 at pages 711-713 inclusive, in-clusive, of the Official Records of said Iron County, Utah. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of said sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described real property in the County of Iron, State of Utah, to-wit: to-wit: Parcel No. 1: All of Lots in RED CANYON SUBDIVISION, EXCEPTING, EX-CEPTING, Parcel 2 and Parcel 3. Parcel No. 2: The South lk Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 34 South Range 9 West, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. Parcel No. 3: The West V2 Southeast y4 Northeast y4 of Section 29, Township 34 South, Range 9 West ( SALT L&KE5 BASE UND-I ' MERIDIAN.' lfl ;-".. Parcel No. 4,: The West of the Northeast 4; Northwest y4; North Southwest 4, All in Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 9 West, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. EXCEPTING ALL OIL AND OTHER MINERALS, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust, including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said deed, interest thereon, and unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said note and by law provided, and for Trustee's fees and for attorney fees and all costs and expenses as by law provided.
