1 1 ' A bit windy, hut. . . ..In the picture above a mother and her children take advantage of the nicer weather Tuesday morning. But it was not quite warm enough for the kids to ride in the wagon without their coats, and the wind still whipped through mother's hair. ..In fact, the past week has been one which has seemed to be stuck somewhere between winter and spring, with the first couple of days sunny and warm, with strong winds moving into the area later and possibilities of a weak storm looming by the weekend.
