The Intermountain Diggers and Target Trucking are 0-2. The Rough Riders have a 4-0 mark in the B League and the D & G Moonshiners Moon-shiners are 3-0. Chevron is 2-0. Eastern Express and Uintah Engineering are 1- 0. Showboat, Hospital and Smith's are 2- 1. M. E. Salty Oaks Construction is 1-2 and Deseret, Dowell and Rookies are 0-2. The Road Runners and Nowsco are 0-3. Eight A League games were played last week. Reid's Realtors thumped the Diggers, 18 to 9 and Freestone Bailers defeated Target Trucking. The Outsiders Out-siders toppled Tosco, 13 to 5, and Young's Paint crushed High Country, 24-8. 7-11 downed Mountain States, 12 to 7, and U.S. Males edged Spidle, 12 to 7. The Freestone Bailers pounded the Diggers, Dig-gers, 26 to 14, and the Outsiders zeroed in on Target Trucking for a 24 to 9 win. Sixteen teams battled each other in B League games, May 11. D & G nipped Showboat, 3 to 2, and M.E. Oaks edged Rookies, 8 to 6. The Hospital team edged edg-ed Road Runners, 26 to 25, and the Rough Riders downed Smith's 16 to 8. Uintah Engineering toppled Deseret, 23 to 10, and Eastern Express downed Dowell, 22 to 18. Chevron downed Nowsco, 16 to 11, and Showboat downed Rookies, 34-13. D & G downed M.E. Oaks, 10-6, and Smith's toppled Hospital, 14 to 9; Rough Riders thumped Road Runners, 19 to 7, and the Rough Riders downed Nowsco, 17 to 11, Wednesday, May 12. Smith's downed the Road Runners, 14 to 8, and the Rough Riders defeated Dowell, 15 to 10. Showboat thumped Nowsco, 28 to 2, and D & G pounded the Rookies, 26 to 10. Hospital thumped M. E. Oaks, 16 to 5, and Chevron nipped Deseret, 17 to 16. The Eastern Express-Smith's Express-Smith's game was rained out after five innings and was tied at 14-14. |
