Show Raggletaggletown Singers perform at Central School The annual second grade spring program pro-gram was held at Central School May 13 for the parents featuring the Raggletaggletown Rag-gletaggletown Singers, said Kathern Smith, director of the second grade pro- gram. ' The program consisted of the iRag-gletaggletown iRag-gletaggletown Singers, a play of songs and choral readings, two square dances, the Virginia Reel and Hads and Sides ; and the song "Sing" don e in sign language which they had lear ned in class. All of this was performed by the 63 second graders. j Jennifer Oleen and Jerry Brewer ' played a duet with their violins. Then Sthey each played a solo accompanied by the piano. At this time certificates were given to the mothers who have helped as room mothers. These included Elizabeth Davidson, Kathleen Hooper, Kathy Jo Tucker, JoDean Williams, Suzane Bur- !ton, Ann Dudley, Elaine Christen; sen and Kathleen Anderson. Yvonne Nuzemen, Nina Jean Caldwell and Kathern Smith are ithe teachers of these students. The pro-i' pro-i' gram was put on for the school May 13 and for the Golden Age Center May 17. I |
