Show Guilty plea made; ends grocery case A Vernal woman entered a guilty plea in 7th Circuit Court Monday to a Class A misdemeanor charge of theft from her employer. Kayleen Boren, age unknown, was accused with four other women of under-ringing each other for grocery items while working as checkers at the Vernal Safeway store last year, according to the Uintah County Attorney's office. The complaint was lodged by the store's management last November. A class A misdemeanor means theft of less than $250. Joanne Dockery pled guilty to the same charge May 11 in 4th District Court. Two others involved, involv-ed, Julie Guffey and Diana Cutler, have entered identical pleas. |
