Show NOTICE TO WATER liSERS Notice is hereby given that requests for extension exten-sion of time within which to submit Proof of Appropriation Ap-propriation have been filed fil-ed with the State Engineer, locations in Uintah County, on the following applications: Appl. No. 24023 (45-2083) owned by Vernal Ver-nal City, co Edward W. Clyde, 351 S. State Str., SLC, UT 84111, covering 6.0 cfs of underground water to be used for municipal purposes. It is represented that to date no work has been done. Development of this right will be needed in the immediate future as drilling drill-ing will be commenced on the first of the wells within 15 months. Additional Addi-tional time is needed to start and complete the project; and to make and submit Proof of Appropriation. Ap-propriation. Appl. It is represented that the following major phases of the water right have been completed: 1) complete environmental analysis, 2) plant layout design, 3) purchasing of major components, at a cost of $2,899,373.19.
