Show CREOLE RECEIVER SUESFDR $22,000 Property Includes Claims in Lincoln District; Conspiracy Con-spiracy Alleged. Suit for damages in the amount of JJ2.000 and the recovery of certain claims in, the Lincoln mining district, Beaver ' county, has been filed in the Third district dis-trict court against the Creole Copper Mines company, Isabclle Denny, Underwriters' Under-writers' Trust company, II. S. Woolley I and .7. M. Reynold by N. H. Jensen, i receiver for the Creole Mining company. .The property included in the suit comprises com-prises the December arid Don ner berg lode claims and that part of Creole loe claim formerly owned by Isabella Denny. The complaint alleges conspiracy on tho part Otf the defendants to wrest i-ontrol of the property from the Creole Mining company, com-pany, although that concern had complied com-plied with all the terms of tho lease and bond. ' In connection with the complaint against the defendants, 11 is alleged that tne Underwriters' Trust company caused to be executed against I lie property a , mortgage for $l!50,uOO In order to conceal the right and Interests of tho Creole Mining company, and that the l'ndcr- j Writers' Trust company gave no valid or substantia! property for the mortgage. It Is set forth In the complaint that at the time of the transaction tho rights atid interests of the Creole Mining com-B&ny com-B&ny wore of great value and that the property involved was worth in excess of 120,000. Tho amount asked in damages is based on thi valuation plus $2000 alleged al-leged to have been received by J. M.
