Show KIDNAPED HEIRESS TAKEN BACK HOME i Mother Arrives From Ontario, On-tario, Ore., and Daughter Is Surrendered to Her. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, May 14. Narcissa Ramlres, 14 years of age, said to be an heiress to a larg-e estate in Mexico, who- was kidnaped kid-naped from her home in Ontario, Ore., last Saturday morning1, was returned to her home today by her mother, Mrs. J. L. Montgomery, who arrived in Ogden this morning. Immediately upon her arrival in the city the mother went to the city jai!, where she joined her daughter, who had been taken into custody by the police at the depot Sunday morning. Mrs. Montgomery corroborated the .story of the child concerning the mystery and romance of her life since she was a baby. The mother said that Narcissa had been given poison once since she was a baby and that two of her sisters had died from eating poisoned candy. Mrs. Montgomery says she was divorced a number of years ago from Narcissa's father, but she does not blame him in any way with the plot to kidnap the girl. According to the story told by the girl, she haxi been followed and kidnaped by two Mexicans, who took her to Nam-pa, Nam-pa, Idaho, Saturday night, and placed her on boaru the passenger train and had started for Elko, Nev. She said she did not remember anything after being placed on the train until she woke up, very dizzy, at the depot here. It is said that the story of the girl will be investigated further, and, if any clew to the kidnaping gang is found, arrests will be probable. |
