Show Local "Old-Timers." At the Bacchus shoot everybody will be welcome, and the club officials say that they can accommodate everyone who desires de-sires to enter. Some of the well-known "old-time" shooters who are expected to take part in the "old-timers' " event are: A. L. Cummings, Harrv Heagren, Dorsey Burgess, E. B. Heagren and Joe Ruttle. Many other prominent shooters of Salt Lake and vicinity who are not "old-timers," but who take an active part in all meets, are expected to attend in honor of the veterans. The "old-timers' " shoot will be at fifty targets and will begin promptly at 3 o'clock. The regular Sunday shoot of the West Mountain club proved to be one of those affairs where "friendship ceases," as the members lined up for the second contest on the Interstate cup and Hercules 191S Irouhies. When the smoke cleared, the scores showed Albert McCreedy, C. W. Bevan and J. K. Eudey tied with 24 out of 25 on the cup. Owing to the lateness of the hour, it was decided to determine the winner in a shoot-off next Sunday on the first twenty-five targets thrown. |
