In the matter of the estate of Edith Pierce Fisher, deceased. Notice. The petition of Mary E. Smoot, administratrix admin-istratrix of the estate of Edith Pierce Fisher, deceased, praying for an order of sale of real property of said decedent, and that all persons Interested appear before the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary, of the following fol-lowing described real estate of said deceased, de-ceased, to wit: Commencing thirteen and 7-10 (13.7) chains north of the center of section twenty-seven (27), township one (1) south, range one (1) east. Salt Lake meridian, thence north eight and 55-100 (8.55) rods, thence west thirty-seven and 2-10 (37.2) rods, thence south eight and 55-100 (S.55) rods, thence east thirty-seven thirty-seven and 2-10 (37.2) rods to the place of beginning; has been set for hearing on Friday, tire 31st day of May, A. D. 1918, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, ialt Lake county, Utah. witness the clerk of said court, with the seal thereof affixed, this ISth day of Mav, A.
