Show HUNS DROPPING BOMBS ON ALLIED FIELD HOSPITALS WITH THE AMERICAN FOftCES ON THE FRENCH FRONT, May 29. (By the Associated Press.) German airmen last night deliberately dropped bombs on hospitals hos-pitals in which there were scores of Americans and hundreds of French sick and wounded. The hospital is in a town many miles in the rear of the front. A number of Americans were slightly injured by flying glass. One French nurse was killed and another Injured probably fatally. Several civilians died of wounds. American Doctors Captured. AMSTERDAM. May 29. A Wolff Bureau Bu-reau telegram, filed In Berlin on Tuesday. Tues-day. In giving an account of the fighting along the Chemin-dcs-Dames, briefly mentions that among the prisoners taken from the British were a number of American Amer-ican doctors. Progress Slight. Others, while admitting the German, have gained a substantial initial success, deprecate any idea of treating the enemy's advance too seriously.
