Johnson, ' TWlte of the district court of the Vailed States for the district of Utah: Lewis Montgomery of Garfield, in the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah, in said district, respectfully represents 1 that on the 29th day of January, last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy: that he has duly surrendered all his property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all requirements re-quirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy.
