OCR Text	Show WELLING BELIEVES WAR IS INEVITABLE Representative Hilton H. Welling arrived ar-rived in the city yesterday from his home at Fielding: and will proceed to Washington Washing-ton tomorrow. "I am behind the president in anything any-thing he may deem tt wise to do In the present crisis." said Mr. Welling at the Hotel T'tah last night, "and I think all the people of the country should support him. It looks like war with Germany. I hope we can honorably avoid it, but I believe with the president that we have stood enough and should maintain the rights of our country."
