SAYS HEALTH OF GERMAN PEOPLE IS VERY GOOD AMSTERDAM, March 22. via London, 10:14 a. m. The health of the German i people Is surprisingly good and infant mortality is lower than in peace time, according to Vice Chancellor Helfferich.
