Show IS CONVICTED OF CARRYING A PISTOL Appearing before Judse J. Louis Brown of the Third district court on appeal from the city court of Bingham, George Papo-vich Papo-vich was found guilty yesterday on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Tho case was submitted on a statement of facts and taken under advisement by the court as to sentence after a judgment judg-ment of guilty had been rendered. Papovich is said to have been carrying carry-ing a pistol in plain view, thrust in the belt of his trousers, and to have been arrested for carrying a concealed weapon after he had obeyed an admonition of someone to pull his vest down over the butt of the weapon. |
