OCR Text	Show DE PRETTO CASE TO BE ARGUED FRIDAY Arguments in the appeal of the case of Frank Do Pretto, eonvi,-te,l of murder, mur-der, as an accomplice of Harry Brewer, the Highland Boy highwayman, will he made before the supreme court Fridav. De Pretto was convicted under the statute that makes nn accomplice in crime equally guilty with the principal. Brewer was convicted of murder in the first degree and when De Pretto was placed on trial and proven the "pal": of Brewer in the Highland Bov mine! store robberv and murder, he likewise; was found guiltv of murder.
