Cliamberbun, daughter of the late Mrs. Klizabeth flonnemort, vesterday when dis'-ussing the settlement settle-ment of 'the controversy over her mother's moth-er's estate. Mrs. Bonnemort left an estate of $6S,-000, $6S,-000, consisting of real estate valued at about ff'S.'i.OOO and $5000 worth of per-soiial per-soiial property. By tile, terms of her will she left nil her personal property and hall' her real estate to Mrs. Chamberlain, Cham-berlain, the other half to be equally divided di-vided among the threo other daughters, Mrs. Lillian Dunvon. Mrs. Tillio F. Hillman and Mrs. Corey F. Alhrittou. The Ihree last-named daughters prepared pre-pared to contest the will. Mrs. Chamberlain Cham-berlain stated that her sisters bad accused ac-cused her of exerting undue influence upon her mother and declared that Mrs. Bonnemort was not competent to make a will. Day before yesterday the three contestants con-testants nnd Mrs. Chamberlain compromised. com-promised. Mrs. Chamberlain gets all the personal property and one. third of the real property, the three oilier sisters sis-ters each accepting . two-ninths of the real property as their share. "I insisted that my sisters retract their accusations against me nnd my mother before I would agree to a settlement," settle-ment," said Mrs. Cham'lierlain. "In a sworn statement, in court my sisters Mrs Dunyon, Mrs. Hillman and Mrs. Albritton admitted their accusations to have been false and untrue.
