Show SERVICES HELD FOR VICTIM OF ACCIDENT Funeral services were hold -in the Taylorsville chapel resterday afternoon for David Barker, the young boy thought to have been killed by an automobile au-tomobile on Redwood road last Saturday. Satur-day. 'There was a largo attendance at tho obsequies and a profusion of floral tributes from friends of the little victim vic-tim and his family. Bishop Hyrum Bennion presided and the speakers were Ezra Williams, George Jenkins, Joseph Lindsay, Walter Wal-ter Wilson, William Breeze, Samuel Lindsay and Archie Frame, Sr. Music was furnished by- the Taylorsville Taylors-ville ladies1 chorus, under the direction of Mrs; Nellie North Bennion. The opening rS raver was offered .by George E. Gcrrard and the benediction was pronounced by Counsellor Frame. H. W. Matthews, a friend of the Barker Bar-ker family, called at The Tribune office of-fice last evening aDd declared that the report that the little victim of the accident ac-cident had been afflicted with spinal trouble, or was subject to fits, was untrue. |
