Show ELLIOTT IS RENAMED NEW HAVEN CHAIRMAN Board of Directors Meets in New York and Re-elects All Officers of Railroad. NEW YORK. Nov. 0. Howard Elliott, chairman of the board and president of the company, was re-elected to Ins present pres-ent offices at the meeting of the board of directors of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad company here today. The other officers re-electen! were: Vice presidents, Benjamin Campbell and A. R. Whaley; vice president and general counsel. E. C. Rmkland; vice president and comptroller, J. M. Tomtinson; secretary, secre-tary, A. E. Clark; treasurer, A. R. May. These members of the executive committee com-mittee of the bo;ird of directors were elected: Howard Elliott. Boston; Anhur T.
