Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, held on October 20, 1915, an assessment (No. 5) of cent per share was levied on all the capital stock of the corporation Issued and outstanding, outstand-ing, payable immediately to C. D. Brown, Its treasurer, at its office, IS East First South street (in the Union Clothing store), Salt Lake City. Utah. Any fitok upon which this assessment may remain un paid on the 27th day of November, 1915, will be delinquent and advertised for sale ' at public auction and, unless payment is made before, will be sold on the 17th day of December, at 12 o'clock noon, at the Utah Furniture company.
