Work was started bv the Ogden Rapid Transit company todav on Its proposed Twenty-fourth street car line, which will complete a loop between Wall and Washington avenues. Workmen Work-men aro removing tho asphalt surface of the street, preparatory to building a double car line. The J. P. O'Neill Construction Con-struction company has much of tho material ma-terial on hand for laying the concrete roadbed. It Is expected to havo tho line completed and in operation by April 15.
