Salvador Diaz MIron. editor of El Jniparclal, has been placed under police surveillance on account of the report that he had threatened to kill Mr O Shaughnessy. who recently protested to President Huerta concerning the character char-acter of n series of anti-Wilson editorials edi-torials appearing in EI Imparcla). It. appears, ap-pears, however, that the most serious threat miido by Miron was that he "would, repeat to Mr O'Shaughnessy's face what he had written in editorials."
