All bids must be addressed to Utah state capltol commission, Salt Lake City, . Utah, and marked In the lower left-hand comer, "Bid for the furnishing fur-nishing of hardware for the Ufah stato capltol building"; or such bids can be delivered to tho capltol commission at tho said time and placo for opening tho same Bids must not contain conditions, qualifications, quali-fications, propositions or any other things than those mentioned In plans, specifications, specifi-cations, drawings, contracts and bonds, and bidders must usd tho forms of bids, which will be found at tho office of said architect, and no other form of bid will be recolved. A certified check or cashier's check on some bank In Salt Lake City, Utah, for at least 5 per cent of the amount of each bid must bo Inclosed. Each cheek Is to be made payable to tho undersigned, under-signed, and Is lo bo forfeited to the undersigned un-dersigned In caso tho bid Is accepted and tho bidder docs not enter Into the contract within ten days after Its acceptance, ac-ceptance, for the faithful execution of the contract and bond hereinafter mentioned.
