Browning, the board of city commissioners today authorized au-thorized the city recorder to notify the Salt Lake & Ogden Railway company that its news stand must be removed from the sidewalk at Lincoln avenue and Twenty-fifth Twenty-fifth street. Commissioner Browning declared de-clared the building to .bo an obstruction to traffic. When the building was creeled tllrec years ago property owners protested and It was ordered removed by the old city council. ,No action was taken In compliance compli-ance with the order, so the property owners own-ers repeated their protests to ithe hoard of commissioners nearly a year'ago.
