Preliminary plans materialized today- for the organization organ-ization of a drainage district In Sovler county. At a meeting called by the extension ex-tension division of the Agricultural college col-lege at 11 o'clock, plans were discussed for the survey necessary In order to ascertain as-certain the, boundaries and approximate cost of drainage. At the meeting were Xr. E. G. Peterson, L. M. Wlnsor and L. T. Mcn'IIl of the extension division; J. M. Peterson, Simon Chrlstenson, Superintendent Superinten-dent Earl Thompson, J. E. Uoppler, W. C. Orrick and N. K. Hansen of Ilichflcld. It was decided to devote one hour Thursday Thurs-day to a reading of the petition to tho county 'commissioners for the creation of the district.
