Further Information from the mine is that the cave has been found to bo about eight feet across and sixty feet deep. On all sides and In the bottom Is good mineralization min-eralization and the contractors now propose pro-pose to bridge over the cave and continue driving the tunnel ahead on the fissure. It Is expected that the contact vein will be found in doing this development and that this will show a good deposit of lead, as lead has been the most prominent of all t'.ie values found in tho property thus fa r. In the raise back from tho face of the tunnel the oro extends across the entire face. Assays from this show that the average value is better than $50 a ton, and tho mlno management has its own forces engaged in developing this deposit. This producL will be broken down and plied up on the dump. When the roads to the mine are put in condition to permit per-mit hauling this product will be brought down to Santaquln and shipped to the local market.
