Today marked the third day's trial of the personal injurv case of .Orcne Hogge, widow of Lawrence Law-rence Hoggc, against the Salt Lake & Ogden Railway company in Judge N. .1. Harris's division of the district court. According to the progress up to this lime the case will continue for at least another an-other week. Mrs. Hogge Is attempting to recover $50,000 Tor the death of her hsu-band. hsu-band. who was electrocuted at tho Lln-coln Lln-coln avenue substation of the Bamberger company in June, llMl.
