Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting meet-ing of the board or directors of said corporation cor-poration hold on tho 20th day of January. 1014, an assessment of flvo (5) cents por shnro was levied and assessed upon tho capital stock of said corporation Issued and outstanding, payable forthwith to L. Anderson, tho secretary of said corporation, corpora-tion, at 279 South Main street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
