NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by tho City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make tho following follow-ing described improvement, to wit; Extending and laying sewer lateral of vitrified pipe eight (S) inches In diameter In the center of Brldport street, between Fifth South and Sixth South streets, in Sewer District No. 1, and defray the anut-tcr's anut-tcr's portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at eight hundred seventy-eight and 40-100 (5SJ7S.40) dollars, or 72-100 ($0.72) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, thero being 1220 feet abutting said Improvement, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being tho district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, namely: The north 305 feet of tho east side of tho west 148.5 foot of lot 3, the south 305 feet of the oast side of tho west 14S.5 feci of lot G, the south 305 foot of tho west side of the east 14S.5 feet of lot 7. the north 305 feet of tho west side of tho cast 14S.5 feet of lot 2. block 23, plat "B," Salt Lake City Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying car-rying out of such intention must bo presented pre-sented in writing to tho City Recorder on or before tho 12th day of October, 190S, being tho time set by said Council when It will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be made thereto.
