NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that the assessment assess-ment of the tax levied by the CJty Council Coun-cil of Salt Lake City, Utah, by ordlnanco passed September 29, 1908, upon the property prop-erty abutting upon lots 1 and 2, block 02; lots 1. 2, 3 and 4, block 59; lots 1 and 2. block 5S; and lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, block 55, plat "B," for tho purpose of grading, guttering and curbing with cement, and paving with Utah asphalt, tho north side of First South street between Fourth East and Fifth East streets, and between Seventh East and Ninth East streets, and tho south side of First South street bo-tween bo-tween Eighth East and Ninth East streets, in Paving District No. 27, is completed. com-pleted. That tho Board of Equalization and Review appointed by the City Council for that purpose, will meet at the office of the City Recorder, room 100, city and county building, on Monday, October 12, 1908, and continue In session until Friday, Fri-day, October 16, 1908, between the hours of 3:30 and 4:30 p. m.. and will hear and consider any objections and make correction cor-rection of any tax which said Board may deem unequal or unjust. That during said time, between the hours of 9 a. m. and 5 p. m.. said list will bo opon to public Inspection at the office of the City Recorder, room 100, city and county building.
