OCR Text	Show JOE ZELJS FINALLY GIVEN HIS FREEDOM Joo Zehs, an Austrian charged with threatening to kill Nick Butkovich a prominent Austriau leader and interpreter interpre-ter for tho amount of $250, was found not guilty and discharged Saturday forenoon at a. short session of tho criminal crim-inal division of the city police court by Judge C. B. Dichl. , Zelis was represented by Attorney Harry J. Robinson, and the tcstiihouy in tho case was presented Fridav afternoon. after-noon. Judge Diehl stated that inasmuch as the prisoner had been in jail two months awaiting trial and thnt various factious among tho Austrians had been eliminated elim-inated in that time, he decided tho accused ac-cused should be released.
