Show MARK D. MESSENGER CALLED BY DEATH Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Oct. 10. Mark D. Lcsscnger is no more. Ono of tho most popular and able attorne-s of this state, whero he practiced for nearly twenty years, died at the homo of his daughter, Mrs. J. A. Gill. 305 Thirty-first street, shortly after midnight Friday after less than a week's illness from pneumonia. Deceased De-ceased was born in Indiana October 6, 1S56. He graduated from the law department de-partment of the Iowa state university and for several years served the Bock Island railroad in its legal department in Kansas. Three children, Mrs. George Goddard of Salt Lake, Mrs. J. A. Gill and Hal Lcssengcr, survive him. Funeral Fun-eral services will be held Monday afternoon after-noon at 2 o'clock from Richer 's funeral parlors, Row J. H. Carver ofheiatiug. |
