ORDER OF DEPORTATION FOR AXT0NI0 BARNARD0 An order was issued Saturday morning morn-ing for the deportation of Antonio Bernardo, an Ttnlian, who is at present serving nn eighteen months' sentence in tho state prison, having been sent up by Judge John A. Marshall of the federal court last Dcccinbcr on conviction convic-tion of importing women into tho United States for immoral purposes. The order is to take effect immediately upon Ber nardo being released from tho penitentiary. peni-tentiary. Owing to Bernardo's good behavior be-havior in the prison his term of con-linemcnt con-linemcnt has been shortened considerably consider-ably and he will be released November Novem-ber 10. Bernardo lias more or less always been a resident of this(counlry. but has never tsiken out naturalization papers. In 190G he went back to Ttaly, returning after a brief visit, at which time he committed tho crimo for which ho is now serving time.
