OCR Text	Show EXCITEMENT CAUSED BY FAIR. GROUNDS FIRE Considerable excitement was caused between 9 and 10 o'clock Saturday morning by a fire at the fair grounds caused by the explosion of a tank of gasoline belonging to one of tho dispensers dis-pensers of ico cream near the entrance to tho Manufactures building. Tho tank on one of tho bake ovens caught fire and in turn set firo to tho canvas cover of the top. The efforts of tho improvised fire department at tho grounds, at first proved unavailing in extinguishing tho blazo and in response to an alarm of fire tho department from station No. 2 mado a fine run to the fair grounds. Despite tho promptness with which they appeared the firo had been put out be-foro be-foro they arrived.
