FRANK S. MONNETT TO SPEAK AT OGDEN Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Oct. 10. Frank S. Mon-nctt, Mon-nctt, who as attorno3'-gencral of Iowa got into the limelight through conducting conduct-ing the prosecutions against the Standard Stan-dard Oil company for rebating in that state, is to address tho Democrats of this city next Wednesday evening. Chairman T. D. Johnson of the Weber county Democratic committee received an acceptance of the invitation extended extend-ed to Mr. Monnett Saturday afternoon. Mr. Monnett also figured in the recent Hearst disclosures. The address will be delivered at the Weber Stake ucademy ; auditorium at S o'clock in the eve-I eve-I ning. All are invited and will bo welcome wel-come regardless of part' affiliations, snys Chairman Johnson, i
