ME M Mi FRENCH IF SHE WILL RETURN Husband Expresses Willingness Willing-ness to Establish Domicile in Salt Lake. Frank D. French, defendant in the separate maintenance suit of Mary Walther French, testified in the equity division of tho third district court Monday afternoon that he would take his wife back and provide a homo for her, if she would join him in Salt Lake City. Mr. French had previous!' testified testi-fied that he endeavored in the spring of 190b' to prevail upon his wife to come to Salt Lake and live with him, but that she declined to do so. Mr. French was on the stand during tho entire timo Monday, testifying as to his property. Tliore is a big discrepancy- between what tho prosecution claims Mr. French is worth and what he admits he is worth, and, as the suit is one for separate maintenance, property prop-erty rights cut a prominent figure. Tho testimony is now nearly in, and it is thought that the case will be submitted sub-mitted to Judge Morse for a decision some time Tuesday forenoon.
