REVOLTING CASE AT RENO NEARING END RENO. Ncv., July 13. The case of Stanley Peek, who is being tried for thu killing of Andy Satcro, his former friend and follow employee in tho Southern Pacific baggage room, will likely go to tho jury tomorrow. The trial has had a morbid interest for many and the court room has been filled for tho past week, listening to tales of deception and dissipation. The killing of Satcro grew out of a visit hi- is supposed to have mado to Mrs. Peek and forcing his way to her bedroom, where a desperate fight ensued. en-sued. When Peek was informed by Mrs. Peek, of Satero's visit, he procured pro-cured a revolver and visited Satoro in his cabin and demanded an apolo-". He claims Satoro called him vile names and said that he would "cut his heart out,' und in self-defense, Peek claims, ho shot, killing Satero in his tracks.
