Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of Sanpete Valley Railway Company will be held at thi principal office of tho company In tho Judge Building, at Salt Lake City, Utah, upon Monday, the 20th day of July, 1908, at 11:15 o'clock a. m., for tho purpose of considering, and confirming or disapproving, disap-proving, certain action of the Board of Directors of said company heretofore taken, ta-ken, providing for the subjection of "tho company's railroads, railroad property and franchises nnd Its other assets and property, prop-erty, to the lien of the first consolidated 'mortgage deed of Tho Rio Grande Western West-ern Railway Company, of date April 1st, 1899, and for the purpose of taking any lawful action In relation to tho mortgaging mort-gaging or conveyance of the company's said railroads, railroad property and franchises and Its other assets and property, prop-erty, as may by the stockholders at such meeting he deemed requisite or desirable.
