FRANK E. HOLM AN GETS DISTINCTION AT OXFORD I Frank E. Tlolman, the successful candidate can-didate of the University of Utah for the Rhodes Oxford scholarship, has received re-ceived word from the secretary of the scholarship fund, to the effect that he has been admitted to junior standing, owing to his excellent record at tho local lo-cal school. Onlj' one other state university uni-versity student, aside from Ilolmau, has received this honor. Mr. Holman will leave for Europe very shortly, crossing the Atlantic with thirty other American scholars.
