Trying Damage Suit. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, :July 13. The trial of the suit of Mrs. Julia C. Kiesel against the J. P. 0'Ne,lll Construction company was on all day in the District court Monday before Judge Howell and a Jury. Several thousand dollars are involved in the action, which Is brought by Mrs. Klescl for alleged damages to her properly prop-erly on Adams avenue from which largo amounts of gravel were said to have been removed without authority by the construction con-struction company.
