HANDSOME YOUNG WOMAN MYSTERIOUSLY MURDERED TROY. N. T., July 13. The body of tho young woman found Saturday floating float-ing In Tcnl's pond was Identified today as that of Miss Hazel I. Drew, daughter of John Drew of this city. Identification wax mado through a brooch which was found on the waist and a natpln which was found In a black straw hat on the shore, twenty feet from tho spot where tho nodv was found.. It was at first thought tha't the girl might have committed suicide, hut tjils theory was dispelled bv tho autopsy, au-topsy, which showed that her skull had been fractured by a heavy blow on tlio hack of the head. It is supposed that the murder took place at some other place possibly in this city, and that the bodv was taken to tho pond, which Is n secluded se-cluded spot, and thrown Into the water Miss Drew was 10 years of age and attractive at-tractive In appearance.
