SUING NATIONAL BANK FOR ALLEGED SALE OF STOCK Special to The Tribune. OGDEN". July 13. Sarah M. Taylor is seeking Judgment against the First National Na-tional bank of Ogden for 10.000. which she claims is due her for certain shares of mining stock wrongfully converted by the bank to its own use. At the beginning of the present year, she asserts, she owned 2050 shares of Bullion-Beck it Champion Mining com-panv com-panv stock, which was held by the banking bank-ing Institution. On April 20 the bank, she declares, sold the stock and appropriated appro-priated the proceeds of the sale, regardless regard-less of her demands for her property.
