A second cave-in in the Porphyry mine, on the second level of th" Ben Hur tunnel of the Boston Bos-ton Consolidated Mining company, where seven men weie injured Sunday, occurred this afternoon, catching Pete Gurvlne. an Italian, and seriously injuring him about the head and body. His head bears scalp wounds and his body is cov ered with contusions. There are no broken bones, but internal hurls are feared that may prove fatal. Garvlne wtm placed in the hospital here this afternoon, aft-ernoon, but will be sent to Salt Lake. City qnd -.-'taken to St. Mark's hospital Tuesday.'
