Show ! SIX BADLY INJURED 'II AUTO ACCIREIT Machine Plunges Through . a Bridge and Hurls Party in River, at Sinithville, Ky. LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 13. Six persons, five of them well known in the social world, were seriously injured in an automobile accident early today at Sinithville, twenty-three miles from here. Tho Injured. Shelby Bonnie, prominent distiller, leg broken. Mrs. Shelby Bonnie, bad cuts. Miss Elizabeth Shirlc3', serious bruises. Richard Menefcc, merchandise broker, internal injuries. Dr. Carl Wiseman, leg broken. Frank Ball, chauffeur, badly bruised. The party was returning from Bowling Bowl-ing Green, where they had snout 's-terday. 's-terday. Reaching Salt river, they started across a bridge, not knowing that a portion of the structure was recently re-cently blown away by a storm. The automobile au-tomobile dashed twenty-fivo feet into Salt river, turning completely over. In some annarently miraculous manner one end of the ear rcstod on an obstruction, thus preventing the party from being drowned. The injured were brought to their homes in Louisville. |
