V ... : Salt Lake Girl Is ' Married in East NEWS has reached the city of the marriage of Miss Ruth Woolley, daughter of Bishop and Mrs. M. S. Woolley of this city, and Justin Fitzger-' Fitzger-' aid of San Francesco, which took place i yesterday at noon In Philadelphia. Announcement An-nouncement of the engagement was made recently. Following the marriage of Miss Helen Spencer and Rex Winder Williams in the Salt Lake temple yesterday at noon, a wedding breakfast was . served at the home of the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Williams, on East Second South street, for the bridal party and relatives. A reception was given last evening at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John 0. Spencer, on B street. A military effect prevailed in the decorations decora-tions in the reception room, bridal wreath and red peonies being combined with American flags. In the dining room the supper table was decorated with a centerpiece of old-fashioned old-fashioned garden flowers, arranged in a basket, with tulle of rainbow tints on the handle. A rainbow idea was also introduced in the costumes of the girls of the bridal party. The bride wore a simple gown of Georgette crepe tucked, with a wedding veil. She carried bride roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Mary God be, the maid of honor, wore pink organdy, witli a picture hat. Miss Marion Whitney, one of the bridesmaids, brides-maids, wore pale green organdy, with a hat to correspond. Miss Edna "Williams, another bridesmaid, wore yellow organdy, with a yellow hat. and the third bridesmaid, brides-maid, Miss Marie Hodson, was gowned in blue organdy, with a blue hat. AH were made in quaint style and each maid t arried a shepherdess crook, with a variety va-riety of small garden flowers tied on the handle with a bow of rainbow tulle. Honoring the memory of Dolly Madison, Madi-son, a buffet breakfast was given at-the home of Mrs. Aquila Nebeker by the Woman's Democratic club yesterday. The rooms were decorated in Sego lilies, red peonies and bridal wreath. Tho serving table had a centerpiece of bridal wreath and red peonies arranged in a crystal basket.- Presiding at the table were Mrs. Frank Fowler. Mrs. J. R. Letcher. Mrs. A'. R. Lundin and Mrs. C.
