Show Smorgasbord Dinner Is Held In Roosevelt Ward Approximately eighty Roosevelt ward members and guests were treated to a smorgasbord last Friday Fri-day evening at the Roosevelt stake house, sponsored by the Special Spe-cial Interest class of the MIA. Arrangements for the successful event were under the direction of the class leader, Rex Curry, assisted as-sisted by Mrs. Curry. Others on the committee included Mrs. Omni Om-ni Winterton, Mrs. Crystal Brod-erick, Brod-erick, Mrs. Nettie Reynold's and Mrs. Cliff Memmott. An array of beautifully arranged foods made a tempting setting for the table with China roosters at either end. Pinned on the tablecloth table-cloth border were vegetable cutouts. cut-outs. Spring blossoms, forsythia and vari-coiored tulips offered a decorative touch to the tables, where the guests were seated. Mutual Mu-tual girls helped with the serving. |
