Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice Is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of tho intention of said Board of Commissioners Com-missioners to make the following described de-scribed improvement, to-wlt: To create cre-ate both sides of Capitol Avenue between be-tween Harrison and Tyler AvenUes, both sides of Tyler Avenue between be-tween Twenty-third and Twenty-sixth Streets, both sides of Twenty-sixth Street between Harrison and Tyler Avenues, and both sides of Harrison Avenue between Twenty-fifth and Twenty-eighth Streets as a sidewalk district and to construct therein concrete con-crete sidewalks five feet in width and four inches in thickness, to remove all trees, fences, poles, buildings, etc., where necessary, also to build cul- verts, Irrigation, and drainage systems. sys-tems. The above named work to include in-clude the necessary cradinjr therefor and all other things necessary to complete com-plete the whole in a proper manner according to plans, specifications, and profiles on file In the office o the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of the abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots or pieces of ground within the following described district, being the district to be-affected or benefited by such improvement, im-provement, namely: All the land lying ly-ing between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a lino drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Capitol Avenue, between Harrison and Tyler Avenues, both sides of Tyler Avenue between Twenty-third and Twenty-sixth Streets, both sides of Twenty-sixth Street between Harrl-rison Harrl-rison and Tyler Avenue, and both sides of Harrison Avenue between Twenty-fifth and Twenty-eighth Streets, being Lots 5, S, 9, and 10, Block 21, Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 4 inclusive in-clusive and 7 to 10 inclusive, Block 28, Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 29, Plat "C"; Lots 1,7.8,9, and 10, Block 36, Plat "C"; Lot 6, Bl6ck 69, Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 6 Inclusive Block 2, Robinson's Robin-son's Subdivision of Block 70 and tho South one-half of Block 69, Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 12 Inclusive, Block 1, Robinson's Robin-son's Subdivision of Block 70, and the South one-half of Block 69, Plat "C"; iuio x uuu j.u, juivjL.li. j., eleven's elev-en's Subdivision of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 71, Plat "C"; Lots 1 and 10, Block 2, Steven's Subdivision of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6. and 7, Block 71, Plat "C"; Lots 1, 2, 18. 19, 20, 21, and 22, Anita Lander Subdivision of Lots 5 and G. Block 28, Plat "C"; Lots 1 to 6 inclusive ' and Lots 10, 11 and 12, Wallace Subdivision of Lots 6 and 7, Block 21, Plat "C"; Lots 1. 2. 51 and 52, Blodk 3, Highland Addition; Lots 1, 2, 51 and 52, Block 4, Highland Addition; Ad-dition; Lots 1 and 10, Block 1, Brln-ker Brln-ker and Hochstetler's Subdivision of tho East one-half of Block 27, Plat "C"; Lots 1 and 10, Block 2, Brlnker and Hochstetler's Subdivision of tho East one-half of Block 27, Plat "C"; Lots 27 to 52 inclusive, Bichseirs Subdivision Sub-division of the East one-half of Block 22, Plat "C"; and Lots 27 to 52 inclusive, inclus-ive, Block 1, Massa's Subdivision iof Block IS, Plat "C," all in Ogden City Survey. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at $12,500,00. All protests or objections to such Improvement Im-provement or to the carrying out of such intention must bo presented in writing Bigned by the owners of abutting abut-ting property describing tho same together to-gether with tho number of abutting front feet and be tiled with the City Recorder on or before the 15th day of June, 1917. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, the 18th day of June, 1917, will consider tho proposed levy and hear and consider con-sider such protests or objections to said improvement as shall have been made.
