Show I MEWS I10TES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES Mrs. Hulda Peterson Mr. and Mrs. Dee White and LaRue Dalley, who are attending the Utah State AgriculturaJ Col-I Col-I lege at Logan .spent the Thanksgiving Thanks-giving holiday week end with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Her-bert White and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dalley. They returned to the Logan campus Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Theo Smith of Og-den Og-den spent the week end here with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nel-son Madsen. Laurel Smith and family of California also spent Thanksgiving with Mr. Smith's parents, the Madsens. Ray Farrow and Earl Stapley, who are still working out at To-nopah, To-nopah, Nev., were home with their families for the Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing week end. Mrs. Carol D. Davis of Richfield Rich-field and two sma.11 daughters spent Thanksgiving holiday season sea-son with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Dalley. Another daughter, Nedra, who is attending attend-ing school in Salt Lake City, was also home for the week end holl-day. holl-day. Mr. and Mrs. Rudger Fife and family spent Friday In Kanarra- ville visiting with Mrs. Fife's mother, Mrs. Hannah Davis and other relatives there. Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. Dalley observed their 60th wedding an-niversary an-niversary Sunday with part of their family. Mrs. Helen Dalton, their daughter from Parowan, spent Sunday with them. Ten years ago the Dalleys observed their golden wedding anniversary with an open house, while this year, their 60th anniversary, they observed quietly. Mr. and Mrs. John Wlttwer of Las Vegas, Nov., shipped in to see their sister-in-law, Hulda Peterson, Pet-erson, Saturday. The Wittwers had been on a four months tour. The couple accompanied the Salt Lake Tabernacle choir on its tour to Europe in August and followed fol-lowed that group on Its concert tour throughout Europe. They remained re-mained in Europe after the choir came home to visit with a son, Glade and his family. Glade is stationed in Europe. Mrs. Rebecca Bulloch and Mrs. Pauline Neptune of Cedar City were dinner guests' at the home of their brother-in-law and sister, sis-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Hulet and family. Mrs. Cora Goodwin of Miners-ville Miners-ville spent the Thanksgiving holiday with her children here. They Include Mr. and Mrs. Harold Har-old Smith of Summit, Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Gibson of Enoch and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Goodwin of Cedar City. They a.U joined in a Thanksgiving dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Goodwin. Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Mathis of Antimony came over to spend Thanksgiving with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Hulet. Their daughter, Pauline, and children, accompanied accompa-nied them home for a short visit. Mr. Hulet traveled to Antimony Sunday to bring his family back home. The Ward Relief Society Is planning on holding a yearly bazaar Wednesday night. They will serve a dinner and sell goodies good-ies along with the bazaar, after which they will see a film in the auditorium of the chapel. |
