Show HEWS IIOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Ute of California Cal-ifornia are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Farrow for a short time. Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lawrence and children of Gunnison, Colo, are here to spend their vacation with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Lawrence and family. Kent Hulet of Provo spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hulet. Mr. and Mrs. Max Reese and two small children returned home to Garland, Utah, after a few days visiting and attending to business in Summit and Cedar City. Mrs. Virginia Taylor of Idaho Is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Alma Al-ma Lawrence. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Benson and children of Parowan were visitors in Summit Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Hulet and small daughter, Dlanne, traveled to Antimony, Utah, Sunday to visit with Mrs. Hulet's parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Mathews, and family. Mrs. Howard Walker of Cedar City, and Mrs. Jay Walker and children of Salt Lake City were visitors at the Boyd Walker home ' Sunday afternoon. Oren Zufelt arrived here from Bountiful, where he has been employed, em-ployed, on a short visit with his wife and children. The Zufelts plan to move to Bountiful in the near future to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Mick Murray and children of Grand Junction, Colo, spent Sunday with the Zufelt family. Mrs. Zufelt and Mrs. Murray Mur-ray are sisters. Some of the M I A Stake Officers Offi-cers attended the Bee Hive Girls' play last Tuesday night. A quilt made by the Bee Hive girls and quilted by the Relief Society was given to Mrs. Minnie Dalley, Bee Hive instructor, as a token for her work not only as an instructor instruc-tor but as Relief Society president presi-dent as well. Little Miss Myra Richards was rushed to the Iron County hospital hospi-tal Friday night. She became seriously ill following an Immunization Immu-nization shot. She has returned to her home at this writing, and is reported feeling much better. |
