The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 by means of two earthfilled dams: 1) Merkley Drop Reservoir, Reser-voir, 85 ft. high creating a reservoir having a 2800.0 ac. ft. capacity inundating inun-dating 74.5 acs. in Sec 16, TIN, RlE; 2) Lapoint Reservoir, 65 ft. high creating a reservoir hav- . ing a 2200.0 ac. ft. capacity capaci-ty inundating 70.0 acs. in Sec. 6, NW4 Sec. 5, TlS, R2E; and used us-ed for fish culture; and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 for the supplemental irrigation irriga-tion of 6482.82 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 671.16 acs. in Sees. 1 & 12, TlS, RlE, Sees. 6-8, 16-20, TlS, R2E; Sees. 7, 10, 14-16, 20, 21, 29, T5S, R19E, SLB&M; Sees. 21-27, 34-36, TIN, RlE; Sees. 19, 30, and 31, TIN, R2E.
